Ok what a weekend. I had to work this weekend with the exception of Friday night it was a slow weekend on the work front. However, my DSL went down Friday and getting Verizon to admit it was their problem took my 4 days 3 of them with little sleep. I finally had to call one of the field techs that has been out to my house before and ask him to help. 2 hours later on Monday he called back with someone on the line from provisioning and bing bang bam back in business. The lady at provision said one of the profile numbers were messed up and that had been happening alot lately. She asked me to try the DSL and it worked. I was overjoyed.
