Today has been a great day for me. I have gotten a lot done and the weather has been amazing. I even caught the dogs being lazy today. I took a video of them. I will post it up next.

Ephesians 4:2“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
So far 2011 has not been what I expected. It has been very bad financially mostly. I feel the brink my come this year. On a brighter note for this year, I have cleared a lot of junk out of my life and house.
Quote of the Day:
Behavior is a mirror in which every one displays his own image.
--Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe
Philippians 2:14-16“Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.
Well, it is another year. I pray this one is a lot better than last year. I was reflecting last night how if I was still in law enforcement, I would have only 4 years to go to full retirement. However, I don’t know if I would have lived longer than 5 years after that. I would probably be about 250 to 260 pounds. Plus have full blown diabetes and still probably would have had glaucoma in my right eye.
Merry Christmas to everyone. Remember it is Jesus birthday and remember the gift he gave us (eternal life). Have fun and enjoy yourselves. I will be sleeping after a long night at work.
Quote of the Day:
If you’re looking for friends when you need them…it’s too late.
--Mark Twain
Luke 2:16-20“So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger.
I went to the Eye doctor on December 17, 2010 for a follow-up. As I reported on my Twitter account, the Xalatan is working and the pressure in my right is has dropped from 29 to 16.
It is almost Christmas! That is the good news as we celebrate our Lord, Jesus, birthday. The bad news is a work all the way to Christmas and not off until Christmas day at 7AM.
Quote of the Day:
An adventure is only an inconvenience rightly considered. An inconvenience is only an adventure wrongly considered.

Luke 1:76-78“And you, my child, will be called a prophet of the Most High; for you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for him, to give his people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins, because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the rising sun will come to us from heaven”
My website has been updated for December 2010. Take a look.
Quote of the Day: There is no worse lie than a truth misunderstood by those who hear it. --William James John 10:7, 9-10“Therefore Jesus said again, “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out, and find pasture.
Very talented!
Very creative. I don’t know where these people have these creative wells at. Quote of the Day: Act as if it were impossible to fail. --Dorothea Brande John 8:12“[The Validity of Jesus’ Testimony] When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.
This video is also good. I tell you I don’t know how people become this creative.
Hope he has found work from this! Quote of the Day: At the working man's house hunger looks in but dares not enter. --Benjamin Franklin John 6:35“Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.
I saw this on Yahoo! and watched the video it was very good. Hope you enjoy!
This was good! Quote of the Day: At the working man's house hunger looks in but dares not enter. --Benjamin Franklin John 6:35“Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.
Got some bad news today. First of all, I had my annual eye exam which was good, because it caught the pressure in my right eye which was 29 and the eye doctor has started me on glaucoma medication. No nerve damage and my left eye is completely normal. I go back in two weeks to get my pressure checked again to make sure the eye medication (Xalatan) is working. Quote of the Day: I detest the man who hides on thing in the depths of his heart and speaks forth another.
This is my favorite time of the year. I have two this one from Thanksgiving to the Day after Christmas and the other time of the year that is my favorite is the last week in March until the second week in May. Hope everyone is looking forward to Thanksgiving. I know I am. Even though I will not be with all my family this year.
Just wanted to let everyone know that my website and blog page have finally been updated. Quote of the Day: To create you must quiet your mind. You need a quiet mind so that ideas will have a chance of connecting. --Eric Maisil 2 Timothy 3:16-17“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
I like watching Glee for the talent. I don’t always like the song selection like the Britney Spears or Madonna shows. But, I do like the cast and some of them have great voices. I like this duet that Finn and Rachel did on the last episode. Here is a Youtube of it. Glee snipnet from the episode “Duet.” Quote of the Day: Wherever you are -- be there.
We are having a Shaw Family reunion today at my Aunt’s house today in Lakeland. Shaw side is my Grandmother’s side. Never had one on the Mitchell side before. No nothing of the Mitchell’s except my immediate family and what I have learned on the dead one’s while doing a little Genealogy. Will post some twitter and maybe some Youtube or Facebook stuff today from there.
Quote of the Day: Wherever you are -- be there.
Well, I finally got around to downloading this from my video recorder. Here is a short video of my Mom and Me at the musical Wicked! This is pre-opening and shot from our nose-bleed seats. We had a good time though. After my Mom stopped thinking we would fall.

Quote of the Day:
I was so hungry I could have eaten a horse.
My Neighbor always complains and has reported me to Animal Control a couple of times because my dogs back in my own back yard in the day time. At night they are in the house. However, I bought a bark collar for them and they rarely are not wearing them when outside because of him. He even accused my dogs of running the neighborhood which that one is a blatant lie.
One of my main men/bud getting ready to go shopping with his Grandmother! I love this little guy to death. He is a blessing from the Lord and smart as a whip
Sporting the Sponge Bob light up hat and shoes that light up and he is ready to spend. Has a dollar in his hand.
Quote of the Day: Sharing money is what gives it its value. --Elvis Presley, singer
I got my haircut today at a new place. I was scared to death to say anything. I thought that I would be bald by the time I left there. I will not be back. I spent $13.45 for a terrible haircut. That is why I do not like women cutting my hair. What happened to a regular haircut, above the ears squared back? I knew I was in trouble when she asked me what number of guard do they use on my hair.
Sorry I haven’t blogged in a log time. Been kind of busy with work. Never did I think retiring from one job and starting a new one in a new field would be so exhausting. Well, I am finally learning Microsoft Expressions Web. So, I am slowly and surely getting my old website back up into a new design and feel. It is still a work in progress and would like to know what you think of it.
The Lord Blesses his people. The people of the South united in Prayer and the Lord answered by keeping the oil away from our seafood. He wants his people to be able to enjoy his creations he gave to sustain us.
Happy 4th of July to everyone! Remember Independence equals Freedom. Our fore fathers would love how their simple ideas have lasted. Just not sure they would approve of all the implementations of Our Constitution.
Quote of the Day: A thing is not necessarily true because badly uttered, nor false because spoken magnificently. --Saint Augustine of Hippo Proverbs 14:34“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.
Monday I start a new shift at work. I will be working permanent midnight shift 11P-7:30A. This means more money a plus, means I am working midnights again a neutral and I will have every weekend off. This is another plus. Other than that nothing much new. Except that I have been reading and listening to more audio books. I have also been listening to an excellent Pastor, Dr. David Jeremiah.
Well, I hope people stop by and liked how the redesign is going. I am almost done with it. Still may be a couple of months. I love technology. However, I hate having to use so many different programs for different things. This has been my second weekend off in a month. I can’t believe I have had two weekends off in one month. Next month looks to be the same.
I finally updated my website. Not a huge update but did add a photo gallery and clean a couple of things up. Also, added a new radio program. Hope everyone enjoys. As far as everything else. I finally have a whole weekend off. This day is almost over and I wish it would slow way down. I also watched Australia DVD today. Not bad. A little long. I give it four out of five stars.
I am a Republican and I am an American. However, I have always said this Country needs to be off oil. It should have been off of it years ago. I don’t like these oil rigs. Let’s do more electric, spend more on algae and hydrogen research.
I am still alive. Losing weight and working. I have also been wanting to write a piece on politics. But, before I do that I need to work on my website. If I ever get a couple of days off back to back. I just might be able to. I have been listening to Dr. David Jeremiah and his series on Revealing the Mysteries of Heaven. Let me tell you I can’t wait to reach Heaven.
