Tomorrow is Voting Day. Who will I vote for? I tell you Wednesday.

Got my test results from the doctors office reference my physical last week. Good cholesterol is low. Bad cholesterol is only 201 not bad and my triglycerides are good. The doctor said everything look good just a little exercise and stay on my low carb diet.

Happy November everyone. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. I took Friday off and I so happy. Still have to work Saturday and Sunday but that is ok.

My website has been updated. Have added some new things change somethings around. Lets see if anyone notices. Don’t bother looking right now. Won’t be up there until Friday.

Yesterday went for my physical. Doctor gave me a very thorough examination. He said everything on physical inspection looked good. My blood pressure was 116/86. They took 3 vails of blood and urine. They only call if something is wrong. But, I will probably call them to see how the results were. I liked this Doctor. I got a flu shot and a tetanus shot. Back to the grind tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. Still hoping to win the lottery. Just enough to pay my bills off. Why can’t I win?

Finally, my last day of work for the week has come and I am now enjoying two whole days off. I am going to the doctors tomorrow for my physical and I am going to get a flu shot while I am at it. Working on improving the website. Going to try to post on Friday or Saturday at the latest.

By the way I forgot to mention on the weight loss front, I am down 20 pounds. This Atkins diet really works. Another benefit is my blood pressure is way down too. I have a physical examination on October 28. We will see how my cholesterol levels are doing on this diet.

This has been another trying week. Some good news though. I have been feeling quite good physically and have been looking for places to retire. Yes you heard me to retire. Long term planning. Looking at northeast Georgia. 3 more days of work to go.

This weekend has gone by too fast. Unfortunately, I have to go back to work tomorrow. This will be a seven day stretch for me.

Well, I have been back to work for 2 days and it stinks. This job really bites the dust. I got overtime today so I am going home early tomorrow.
