Looking forward to the next two weeks
Looking forward to the next two weeks to be over. Then I start my much need time off. Not going anywhere other than maybe to Inverness to check on that piece of property and put it up for sale.
Other than that nothing new going on. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row so that I may be able to start USF on time and hopefully get my company to pay for it. Hope everyone is doing great!

Remembering August 31, 2005
This was my first trip and first look at my now owned property in Paris, Tennessee. The video is really about an hour long. However, this is the first 13 minutes. This was also my first time using this video camera. I just learned how to import the video into my computer and was quite amazed how easy it was importing it.

Here is the video I told about in the last post. I thought it was funny this morning.
Dogs being lazy!
A great day!
Today has been a great day for me. I have gotten a lot done and the weather has been amazing. I even caught the dogs being lazy today. I took a video of them. I will post it up next.

Update on 2011
So far 2011 has not been what I expected. It has been very bad financially mostly. I feel the brink my come this year.
On a brighter note for this year, I have cleared a lot of junk out of my life and house.

Philippians 2:14-16“Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.” Brought to you by BibleGateway.com. Copyright (C) . All Rights Reserved. |
Welcome 2011
Well, it is another year. I pray this one is a lot better than last year. I was reflecting last night how if I was still in law enforcement, I would have only 4 years to go to full retirement. However, I don’t know if I would have lived longer than 5 years after that. I would probably be about 250 to 260 pounds. Plus have full blown diabetes and still probably would have had glaucoma in my right eye. On top of that the citizens of Hillsborough County would have drove me nuts.
I am thankful to the Lord for telling me to leave when I did. I have pre-diabetes. Still have glaucoma in my right eye and have lost 26 pounds in the last year. I did it slowly over the course of the year and I am maintaining my weight. I plan on talking to my doctor again and see if I can go back on the Phenteramine. I seem to hold my weight once I lose it thanks to the those pills.
I am hoping to pay down more debt this year. I am hoping. I pray that the Lord will give me enough of a pay raise to help accomplish a 15 percent reduction in my overall debt. I would like to also build up a reserve this year of at least 10 percent of my salary. I would also like to use cash to pay for as much as possible. By the end of the year I hope I can reach these goals along with being at 199 pounds in weight. I would also like to be able to start back to College to head to my goal within the next five years to finally graduate and get a job in the IT industry. My long term goal is to be living in Paris, Tennessee by the time I am 52. Let’s pray all this works out.
That is my short term and long term goals for the years to come. Hope everyone had a great New Year’s Eve. I worked but it was an easy night. So, easy I can’t even sleep today.
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to everyone. Remember it is Jesus birthday and remember the gift he gave us (eternal life).
Have fun and enjoy yourselves. I will be sleeping after a long night at work.

Luke 2:16-20“So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.” Brought to you by BibleGateway.com. Copyright (C) . Update on my right eye
I went to the Eye doctor on December 17, 2010 for a follow-up. As I reported on my Twitter account, the Xalatan is working and the pressure in my right is has dropped from 29 to 16.
Merry Christmas Week
It is almost Christmas! That is the good news as we celebrate our Lord, Jesus, birthday. The bad news is a work all the way to Christmas and not off until Christmas day at 7AM.
